Outlook – default browser

Issue:
When the user clicked links in email, Browser Edge will open and displays the webpage.
User wants to open webpage with his default browser – Google Chrome.

Solution:
Open Outlook
Click on File, Options, Advanced
Select Default Browser for Open hyperlinks from Outlook in:
Click OK

Chrome & Edge – How to pin a website (URL) to Taskbar

e.g. website – https://www.yahoo.com

Chrome version: 120.0.6099.130
1) Open Chrome and go to the website
2) click on three dots icon, More Tools, Create Shortcut…
3) click Create button
4) Website shortcut will create on desktop and taskbar

Edge version: 120.0.2210.91
1) Open Edge and go to the website
2) click on three dots icon, More Tools, Pin to taskbar
3) Website shortcut will create on taskbar
